Having had to turn the water mains off due to a faulty WC, we contacted LJN Plumbing and they were quickly on site. The toilet was removed, new parts fitted and replaced, the whole job done without fuss and professionally. Lewis, the owner, was polite and well informed, and charges were reasonable. We were really impressed by all this and would heartily recommend LJN Plumbing.
Lewis is a real professional - within a half an hour contacting him - we had a full quote and installation date - hyper clean and vigilant - no mess - no fuss - bang on time and listens to what you want. We would highly recommend Lewis without question because he’s a true professional in his trade.
Lewis was incredibly helpful and response from the start. He came out super quickly to sort out a leak and was very transparent and fair about the price. I have asked him to come out again to sort something else out. Would highly recommend and will be using him as my regular plumber going forward.
Lewis did a great job replacing all the radiators in our house and installing two new ones in less than two days. Lewis sorted everything brilliantly - advising what size was best for each room and getting them all delivered to us on the day of the work. We were impressed by how quickly the work was completed and what a difference it has made to our house. Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner!
Lewis fitted a new boiler for us and he was exceptionally professional, polite and knowledgable. His quote was extremely reasonable and we are super happy with what he has done. Lewis fitted a new boiler for us. He initially came to service an old boiler and recommended various options. All of which was drastically cheaper than the big UK players! The turnaround was nice and quick. Really knowledgable honest bloke. Highly recommend!

Our old boiler was condemned due to a fully corroded flue. We were quoted for a combi system, with the old system and heat store completely removed. We were told a combi would be enough for our 4-bed house – and they were right. We’ve had both showers running at the same time, and the water stayed piping hot in both. The team were excellent. They came, got the job done, and left the place as if they hadn’t even been – everything clean and tidy. They were polite, knowledgeable, and clearly knew the system inside out. It felt like having two proper old-school plumbers: all copper, no cheap push

Lewis completed my new boiler installation, along with replacing several old radiators in my house. When investigating the work that needed doing, he gave so much helpful advice and different options that I could explore. The quote came back really quickly with options. The date was agreed, the parts came just a working day before so I didn't have them in the way too long. Whilst doing the work, they were tidy, friendly and actually managed to finish slightly ahead of schedule. All working well. I thoroughly recommend

LJN have done a great job, replacing an old vented system with a new combi-boiler including new radiators and pipework. Lewis and co are very thorough and tidied up and made good at the end (and threw in a couple of tiny odd jobs as well) and explained carefully how the system and controls operated. Would recommend LJN.

Lewis did an excellent job helping me last minute with an awful drain blockage. Plus installed a new tap and water filter the day before. Very lovely guy and made me trust tradesmen again. I recommend him for any plumbing job you may have. 5 stars!
LJN Plumbing did a brilliant job. They were very thorough. Due to the nature of the job, many of the pipes are on show, but they have been installed extremely neatly. Central heating system was cleaned, flushed and tested with some useful advice provided about economical use of the heating controls. I would definitely recommend using LJN Plumbing.

Boiler was checked , fixed and we now have hot water. Tidy, efficient and extremely helpful, explained everything that had gone wrong and what was being fixed or replaced.
We called LJN out to take a look at our faulty boiler - he found the problem was with our programmer and sorted it there and then quickly and effectively
To spare myself the embarrassing details I had left my family without running hot water and I would have tested the patience of any heating engineer. Lewis was not phased and was in frequent contact to make sure that the job could be sorted out. He fitted a modern system with domestic hot water priority and he works with intergas whose boilers also allow for opentherm and weather compensation - these are new(er) technologies that other engineers didn't mention when I previously enquired about getting a new boiler. The cost was reasonable, particularly given our situation.

They fitted the boiler and all the pipes throughout the house for radiators and taps (hot and cold), also ran a gas pipe to the boiler and new gas hob. They cleaned the water inlet pipe and added a stop tap, and ran a cold water feed to a tap on the front of the house. They were here bright and early getting the job done. They listened to my thoughts and ideas and found a good solution to all my needs and worked quick and proffesionally. I am really happy with their work would recomend anyone to use them!

Lewis, has been in the trade since he left school so he comes with vast experience and was able to sort out the bath leak without damaging tiles etc. He was professional, tidy and prompt. We would highly reccomend Lewis.
Lewis was sent to me via my boiler insurance company after my very old boiler broke. He gave me some great guidance in regards to boiler insurance companies and sorted out a new boiler for me. The job took a day, and then he also sorted my radiators so they are more efficient. He then proceeded to explain in detail how my boiler worked and was overall extremely informative and helpful. Very happy.
Lewis fitted a new boiler for me, the rates were good and he re-arranged his diary to fit it quickly as I had no hot water. Lewis explained how my new boiler worked and kindly set up the timer for me. I was very impressed with the work and decided to have 3 bigger radiators fitted. All work was carried out professionally to a high standard and the house was left very clean and tidy. Lewis was friendly, reliable, turned up when he said he would and communication was excellent. Good reliable tradesman are rare these days, but Lewis was one of them and I would happily recommend him.
My Mum needed her boiler replacing urgently. Lewis could not have been more helpful and worked on Saturday to achieve fitting the new boiler in double quick time. We needed to have undertaken a boiler service and safety inspection on a rental property. This needed to be done at short notice. Lewis was efficient and completed the work within our timescales. He liasied with our tenant and kept us informed throughout. Once the job was completed, he emailed the paperwork straightaway. Lewis came to look at my boiler as an emergency call out. When it was clear my boiler was beyond repair, he discussed options shared his knowledge and provided a quote that evening. I never felt pressured. He moved his diary about to accommodate fitting a new boiler given I had no heating or hot water. I’m very pleased with his work. He was trustworthy, turned up when he said he would, remained in contact and was tidy. Lewis recently installed six new radiators in our house including moving the position of one and replacing with a tall wall radiator. We were very happy with the end result and the speed and tidiness of the works. He was very courteous and engaging when we were going through what works needed doing. The value of the quote didn’t change and Lewis helped us decide the aesthetics of the tall radiator. We would happily recommend Lewis to anyone who needs plumbing works carried out.
Me and my wife are moving into our 1st home on the Saturday and the boiler was not working, friday evening I got in contact with lewis who was great. He fitted me in came to the house the next morning and found the fault with the boiler and was back in no time with the parts needed and had it back up and running straight away. LJN was recommended to me by a friend and I have been very happy with their service. They promptly returned enquiries and calls, gave an impartial recommendation on new system, facilitated installation to suit our pressing timescale. The work was carried out to a good standard, all waste promptly cleared and the house left very tidy. I would use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
As Lewis had to switch the boiler off due to the leak he was able to source a replacement and move things in his diary to get the job done within 36 hours. Astounding service from a lovely guy. He was totally professional and courteous throughout and carefully explained how the new boiler operated and set up our remote timer for us. Radiator fell off wall in the night was able to come a couple of days later and got refitted very quickly. Spotted other work needed with heating system which hope will be carried out shortly.
Lewis was very helpful in replacing two radiators. The originals were horizontal but we wanted vertical. He did a great job in installing them and they look great! He also noticed some concerns with our boiler and the state of the pipes, putting in some temporary fixes and offering advice on what to do longer term. I would definitely hire him again!
Lewis kept in contact with us before and during the work and we felt comfortable having him working in the house. Big job which could have been very disruptive but was well managed and kept the disruption to a minimum. He cleaned up after every session.The work is of a high quality, and we have no hesitation in using his services again.

We had a water leak from our boiler system and were provided with contact details for , LJN plumbing and heating Ltd , who swiftly arranged a time to come and sort the issue . A great young man called Lewis arrived on time and after introducing him self to me then proceeded to fix while explaining the problem to me he also went above and beyond to sort some other issues for me that needed sorting so the boiler could continue running correctly and safely. His level of service was exemplary and he is an engineer that shows he will not settle for anything less than the best that can be done .

Lewis was amazing! He arrived on time with a smile. He was checking a potential leak in a property we are about to buy...it was boarded up in the ceiling and the board could not be removed fully...but he used his initiative and pushed his camera on the phone through the gap to get a full picture:) Genius. I was very impressed. He did also a gas check and gave us information about the boiler and other great tips. It was a very good experience ( especially for new house buyers ??) He also gave us a tip of a plasterer...and that is already arranged...the same day. Fully recommend!

Lewis was really helpful in finding the cause of our radiator issues. On top of that he serviced our boiler, checked our other radiators, and advised us on how to keep our boiler running smoothly and the most efficient way to heat our home. Lewis came at time agreed. He investigated the fault, by process of elimination found a wiring fault. Resolved the problem, Then he also checked over the heating system and bled air from radiators.
Lewis did an excellent job after our original boiler had to be condemned as it was dangerous. He carefully talked us through our options and fit us in for the new install as quickly as he was able. He did a fantastic job with the actual install, arrived exactly when he said he was going to, worked hard to get the job done and cleaned everything up when he was finished. He was friendly and professional throughout and was great with our kids and pets. Couldn't ask for a better job!

We had a whistling noise from the toilet after taps had been running. The fault was diagnosed very quickly and a new toilet fill valve was fitted.

This tradesman, Lewis, has recently moved to this area. I contacted him on 12.07.22 and he visited the next day. He carried out a thorough service and inspection on the boiler - not a whirlwind in and out as I have had sometimes in the past. Overnight there was a very, very small drip from the bottom of the boiler (the boiler is 15 years old!) Not a problem - he came back that day and sorted it. He also took the time to look at a mixing valve on the shower. He presented me with a Service Certificate and an outline of the work carried out. Very knowledgeable and friendly person. He also quoted me for a new boiler and fitting.

Just moved in and inherited a very complex heating system that I could not work out. Turned out it was because it was broken. My experience with LJN was great. Proper investigation, clear about what he knew and didn’t yet know, found the fault and fixed it just a few days later. Gave me a thorough explanation and taught me what I needed to know to operate it properly going forward. Highly recommend.

LJN plumbing and heating came to replace my electric hob with a gas hob. Put a new gas pipe to my hob. Fitted the hob and put everything back. Very tidy and professional in his work. Highly recommend him to anyone. Will be getting my boiler serviced when due.
